We had a fantastic stay at Devinda’s pool-view apartment! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly as shown in the photos. The view of the pool from the balcony was beautiful and made for a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink.
The apartment had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to Wi-Fi and a super cozy bed. The pool area itself was peaceful and well-maintained—great for a refreshing swim or just lounging in the sun.
Devinda was a great host—very friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I really appreciated his warm hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back!

Devinda met up with us and gave us an introduction to the apartment and the facilitates upon our arrival. He also helped us with arranging transport to the airport since we where leaving early in the morning. Overall a great place to stay upon arrival or when you are about to leave Sri Lanka.

The place looked nice and Devinda was a very nice Gentleman and there ready to check us in BUT… regardless of whether it was a booking.com error or the property’s fault be very careful that your accommodation is actually booked because… READ BELOW (It’s not necessarily a ‘two’ but I feel compelled to warn other travellers to double and triple check to avoid the issue we experienced)

Prachtig nieuw appartement, heel netjes en ruim. Kasten voor kleding! Niet evident in Sri Lanka. Perfecte airco in elke ruimte, goede bedden met heel frisse lakens. Goede douche en heel frisse handdoeken, zeep en dergelijke beschikbaar… Mooie degelijke meubels en startte. Keuken helemaal prima, splinternieuw en alles aanwezig. Heerlijk zwembad met goede ligstoelen, opgepast badmuts nodig als je geen korte coupe hebt. Helemaal perfect om zoals bij ons de reis met wat rust te willen afsluiten. We waren er 5 nachten. Centrum met tuktuk prima te bereiken op 15 min voor 1.5eur. Ook lokale winkeltjes, fruitstalletjes, restaurantjes….in de buurt. Devinda is trouwens super behulpzaam.

The place is very beautiful and peaceful. The view from the dining area balcont is calming. The host Mr Devinda is very heplful and is always quick to respond to our needs.
The place is good for couples, as its a smalla ne cozy place.

The apartment was clean and nicely maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The crew was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend it.
